Spoke with surgery scheduler

We received a call today from the nurse that schedules the surgery. We had hoped for a June date, but there is only one possibility left for June and they are waiting to find out if they have been given an extra O.R. room before they give us this date. So by the end of the week we should know if his surgery will be June 12 or July 13th. We were told to expect Taylor to be in the hospital for 5 days, and no day care for 3 weeks. Those are the norms. And in this situation you hope to be normal!! Taylor is doing great. We had a great Mother's Day. Saturday night I did get my sushi and a little shopping. Sunday we had lunch with James' family and visited after lunch with my dad and his side of the family. This was the 3rd Mother's Day without my mother. It's hard to believe! Time does go so fast.
